Quuoteme: One Platform to Compare, Book, and Sync Shipments Across Major Carriers
A multi-tenant shipping operating system combining rate shopping, booking, returns, pickup workflows, eCommerce integrations, and a white-labeled WordPress plugin for reselling negotiated rates.

Project Overview
Quuoteme was built as a courier service rate and shipment booking platform that aggregates multiple carriers—UPS, FedEx, and DHL—into one workflow. Users can compare live rates, select the best option, and complete shipment bookings without jumping between separate carrier portals.
The platform is multi-tenant by design, allowing companies to create their own workspace and add staff accounts for day-to-day operations. This makes it suitable for warehouses, logistics teams, and businesses processing shipments at scale.
To support eCommerce operations, Quuoteme connects directly to Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Orders flow into Quuoteme automatically, and once a shipment is booked, tracking updates are pushed back to the original store so customers stay updated without manual copy-paste.
The Challenge: Fragmented Shipping Operations and Manual Tracking Updates
Most shipping workflows become messy when teams have to compare rates across carriers, book shipments in separate portals, and then manually update tracking back into their eCommerce stores.
On top of that, shipping operations aren’t just ‘create a label’—real-world logistics includes return bookings, pickup handling, drop-off coordination, and status tracking across multiple carriers.
Quuoteme needed to unify all of this into a single, repeatable workflow for both internal shipping teams and external rate-reselling providers.
- Rate comparison across multiple carriers required multiple portals and manual steps
- Booking shipments needed a unified, consistent flow regardless of carrier
- Tracking data had to be pushed back to eCommerce platforms automatically
- Shipping operations needed support for returns, pickup and drop-off flows
- Some providers required a white-label solution to resell negotiated rates
The Solution: Multi-Carrier Rate Shopping + Booking + Sync Automation
We built Quuoteme as a centralized shipping platform that handles the full shipment lifecycle: quoting, booking, tracking, and operational edge cases. Carriers are abstracted behind a consistent API layer, so the frontend experience remains stable while carrier-specific rules are handled behind the scenes.
The architecture supports multi-tenant accounts, allowing each company to operate in its own workspace while still using the same platform core. This also enables internal staff management, permissions, and controlled access to bookings and store connections.
- Carrier abstraction layer for UPS, FedEx, and DHL APIs
- Consistent rate shopping + booking flow across carriers
- Multi-tenant account system with staff user management
- Order ingestion from Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
- Automatic tracking sync back to the source store/platform
1) Rate Comparison and Shipment Booking (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Users enter shipment details once and receive a comparable set of rates across integrated carriers. This includes the ability to choose services based on cost, speed, and carrier preferences—then proceed directly to booking.
Once booked, the platform stores shipment records centrally and provides consistent tracking visibility regardless of carrier differences.
- Live rate shopping from multiple carriers
- Unified booking flow across carrier APIs
- Central shipment history and tracking visibility
2) Multi-Tenant Workspaces with Staff Users
Quuoteme supports multiple companies (tenants), each able to manage their own internal operations. A tenant can add staff accounts so multiple team members can process shipments concurrently.
This is especially useful for warehouses and logistics teams who need shared access with controlled visibility and operational continuity.
- Tenant-level workspaces for companies
- Ability for each tenant to add/manage their own staff users
- Designed for shared operational workflows
3) eCommerce Store Integrations (Shopify, Amazon, eBay)
For sellers managing online orders, Quuoteme can connect to eCommerce platforms and pull orders directly into the shipping workflow. Users can book shipments against these imported orders instead of re-entering data.
After booking, the system automatically pushes tracking updates back to the originating platform so order status updates remain accurate for customers and support teams.
- Connect Shopify, Amazon, and eBay stores
- Automatically receive orders into Quuoteme
- Book shipments for imported orders
- Push tracking back to the store automatically
4) Real-World Shipping Operations: Returns, Pickups, Drop-offs, Tracking
Shipping operations require more than label generation, so Quuoteme was built to support practical industry workflows. This includes return shipment bookings, pickup coordination, drop-off handling, and carrier tracking lifecycle management.
These flows reduce operational friction and make the platform viable for teams managing many daily shipments.
- Return shipment booking support
- Pickup and drop-off workflow handling
- Tracking lifecycle managed centrally across carriers
5) White-Labeled WordPress Plugin for Reselling Negotiated Rates
Some warehouses and logistics providers have highly negotiated carrier rates and want to resell those rates to their own customers as a service. To support this, we delivered a separate white-labeled WordPress plugin.
Providers can install the plugin on their own website, present their branded shipping interface, and allow customers to buy shipping rates directly—without exposing Quuoteme branding. This unlocks a ‘shipping as a product’ model for rate-holding businesses.
- Separate WordPress plugin for white-label distribution
- Customers purchase rates directly on provider websites
- Fully white-labeled UX for the provider’s brand
- Designed for providers with negotiated low carrier rates

Outcome: Faster Fulfilment, Cleaner Operations, and a New Revenue Stream
Quuoteme replaced fragmented carrier portals with one repeatable shipment workflow—rate shopping, booking, and tracking in one place. For eCommerce sellers, order ingestion and tracking sync removed repetitive admin work and reduced customer support friction.
For warehouses and logistics providers, the white-labeled WordPress plugin created a new distribution channel: negotiated rates could be sold directly to customers under the provider’s own brand.
- Unified multi-carrier workflow (compare + book + track)
- Automatic tracking updates back to eCommerce platforms
- Operational coverage for returns, pickups, and drop-offs
- Multi-tenant teams for scalable shipping operations
- White-label plugin enabling rate resale as a product
