We engineered a comprehensive logistics ecosystem that automates the complex variables of relocation. The system features a custom calculation engine that processes furniture volumes, floor levels, lift accessibility, and parking distances to generate instant price estimates. Beyond automation, the platform includes a 'Mover Bourse'—a specialized portal where pre-vetted moving companies bid on relocation projects. This 2-tier architecture (Node.js Core + Next.js Admin/Mover Portals) allows admins to either assign movers directly or facilitate a competitive auction to ensure the best market rates for users.
